PCF Filter

It means Pore Controllable Fiber filter(lift type). Flexible fiber bundles surrounding around the strainer are pulled-up to the longitudinal direction to reduce its pore size. After then the filtration is started. It is a precise and advanced fine fiber filter unit having backwash function to clean fiber bundles by backwash water with compressed air after releasing them. Accordingly, it is called as an automatic backwashable cartridge filter.

High efficiency and excellent water quality The removal efficiency is over 85% for the STP effluent, the SS in the filtrate is below 3mg/Liter(average : below 1mg/Liter).
Compact size, and low cost With comparison of the pressure type sand filters, PCF is 1/5 of their volume, 1/10 of their weight (including filtration media), and 2/3 of their price.
Very effective back-washing Backwash time is less than 3 minutes, and the volume of backwash water is approximate 2.5% of the filtrate.
Long life-time of filter media and simple to exchange PP and Nylon materials / It takes only 30 minutes to exchange the filter module. (in case of small size)
