This Concave Optical projection screen is suitable for any commercial and residential applications. Controlling Lighting is always difficult part and critical when you set up the projection system, at least until you meet Mocom's signature projection screen'Solstice'. Now our unique, patented technologies have raised the performance for front projection screen. By delivering higher gain, resolution, contrast, and color accuracy and doing so in bright-light environments Mocom has made it possible to use projection screens in applications that previously required more expensive, less reliable, and lower performance technologies.

With 'Solstice' projection screen, no more worries about ambient lights. It will allow you enjoy the excellent image quality on a big screen. The brightness and clarity that this screen provides is far more than what you’ve seen before.

 

The projection screen 'Solstice' is poised to make the next leap in 3D more attractive. This is the world's first concave lens-type screen optimized for use in 3D Applications. This 3D concave projection screen uses optical lens technology to provide 18/23 gains of brightness and retain more than 99% of high polarization.
It will simulate depth and improve image resolution. The brightness is especially important with 3D technology. Polarized transmission, coupled with polarized glasses, means the brightness of 3D images fall to less than 35 percent of traditional images, and polarization rate also drops between the source and the eyes of the audience. Not only that, but the brightness of the image on the screen also drops in proportion to its size.

This projection screen solves the problem of brightness by increasing the reflection of light to 18/23 gain and better polarization reflection compare to standard silver screens. This technology provides bright images on big size projection screens (above 100") in high ambient light, providing high quality 3D images.
