Structure of Sunjoy Radiand-Heating System

At the heart of Sunjoy Radiant-Heating System is a far-infrared ray panel, which consists of heat-resistant glass fiber plates to which an incombustible carbon plate that has regular resistance value evenly on its surface is attached. Its frontal surface makes it easy to spread radiant heat, while its backside is heat-resistant.

Once electricity flows through the heating panel, its temperature goes up between 85 and 105°C within four minutes, and over 90% of the total energy is evenly radiated as far-infrared rays. These far-infrared rays provide warmth to a room and to the people in it.

In a room with a traditional heating system, one that makes use either of air circulation or heat conduction, the overall room temperature must be increased until it reaches a certain point before the room's occupants could feel warm. This takes a long time. Sunjoy Radiant-Heating System, however, radiates far-infrared rays from its heating panels, and provides heat to a room selectively. Thus, it can quickly provide warmth to a room's occupants within a short time, without need of intermediates.

What are far-infrared rays?

Far-infrared rays are infrared rays whose wavelength is longer than usual (infrared rays whose wavelength is short are called near-infrared rays). As their wavelength is longer than that of the red zones of visible rays, far-infrared rays have high heating action. Invisible and easily absorbed by materials, far-infrared rays have strong resonance and sympathetic vibration actions against the molecules of organic composites.

In addition, light is usually reflected well if its wavelength is short. If its wavelength is long, it is more easily absorbed by materials when it comes into contact with them. Light with a longer wavelength is highly permeative, which explains why we feel warm when we come into contact with far-infrared rays. For example, we may not feel warm when we are submerged in water with a temperature of 30°C. However, we feel warm when we sunbathe at the same temperature. This is because the far-infrared rays in sunlight permeate deep into our skin and create heat.

This heating action helps get rid of germs that cause various diseases, and expands the capillary vessels, promoting blood circulation and cell generation. In addition, if these rays make contact with moisture and protein molecules that consist of cells, they shake these molecules slightly at the speed of 2,000 per minute. This action is believed to prevent various geriatric diseases and to slow aging, promoting physiological functions as well as treating chronic fatigue.

Other medicinal effects of far-infrared rays include promoting perspiration, alleviating pains, getting rid of heavy metals, promoting sound sleep, deodorization, antibiosis, preventing mold, dehumidification, and air purification. They are also used in various fields, such as in the construction of residential buildings, the heating of sauna rooms, and the manufacture of construction materials, kitchen equipment, textiles, clothing, beddings, and medical equipment.

Cancer Prevention
Cancer cells, due to their characteristics, are weak in high temperature and cause blood waste. Cancer tissues have a smaller number of hematoceles and thus find it difficult to produce heat. They also lack enzymes that can fight back against acid. The radiant heat released by infrared rays is effective because it functions within a temperature at which the surrounding normal cells are not damaged. Thanks to infrared rays, the creation of enzymes is promoted and the hematoceles are improved, allowing patients to recuperate from blood waste.

 

Lymph Nodes
The lymph nodes in a human body turn into acid when the human body experiences fatigue, due to the decrease in the density of hydrogen ions. Such acid state of the lymph nodes stimulates the nerves, causing various stress symptoms, such as sharp pains, paralysis, and other abnormal conditions. Far-infrared rays whose wavelength is between 7 and 30 µm prevent such symptoms through sympathetic vibration, absorption, deep penetration into the skin (which increases the temperature in the deep hypoderm), the expansion of the capillary vessels, and the promotion of blood exchange.

Menopausal Disorder
As the functions of the ovary deteriorate, the production of estrogen also decreases, and an imbalance occurs among the hormones in the endocrine glands that rule the sexual functions. As the discharge of estrogen decreases, the nerves of the hypothalamus or the blood vessels malfunction, which causes a disorder in the movement within the blood vessels as well as hyper-excitement, the unique symptom of menopause. The physiological functions of the hypohysis also change, and the amount of hormones in the blood or urine, which stimulate the follicle, increases.

Herpes Zoster
While it is strongly believed that herpes zoster is caused by a virus, this has not yet been confirmed. The pathogenic virus attacks the skin and nerves, and a number of small blisters in the zones governed by certain nerves can assume a zoster shape. If the condition is severe, it can cause ocular disorder. In many cases, herpes zoster can be treated within two weeks. In some cases, though, its treatment can last for several months.

Lumbago or Stomach Chill
Lumbago, like a stitch on the shoulder, can be caused by various physical distortions or other types of diseases. Far-infrared rays have high penetration power and heating effects, making the body warm from inside, improving blood circulation, and removing hyperaemia.
