Enzymatically modified stevia refers to a product that used CGTase and added Glucose to Stevia extracts, which reduced Steviol glycoside's natural bitter taste and increased solubility. TRA120 and RICH, in particular, removed non-reactant dextrin, which made the products' tastes even softer.
